Refund and Returns Policy

Dear Customer,

Kindly note that all sales are final, we do not offer any order cancellation but we do allow to switch items if informed right away of placing the order via email or Instagram DM.

We do not provide return or exchange if you receive the exact item but you do not like the fit /style of it in person, We only offer return/exchange if you receive a wrong or damaged item but for that make sure to record a video while opening the package (pod bag) otherwise your query will not be entertained.

Incase the consignee (receiver) fails to collect package during the delivery attempts due to unavailability/otp fails to generate (if filled incorrect contact in shipping details) and the package comes back then the shipping and returned charges will be charged on consignee and package will be shipped again once reaches back and we will cover charges for 1 free shipping.
